Choosing an app for your building? Ask these questions.

Whatever app you pick, these are the questions that decide whether residents will trust it. Here is how Bineyetna answers each one.

  1. Who is it made for?

Residential buildings in Lebanon, run by a committee, an owner or one admin. No accountant needed.

  2. Can residents see where the money goes?

Yes: every cost with who recorded it and its receipt photo when there is one, the fund, and each month's money in and out.

  3. Can a number be changed after the fact?

No. A payment is never edited; a mistake is fixed with a new entry, and both stay visible.

  4. Does it handle the generator and water?

By meter, by ampere or equally, with the readings behind each share.

  5. How do residents pay?

As they do today: cash, transfer, or the collector at the door. The money never passes through Bineyetna.

  6. Does it show cash still in someone's hands?

Yes. The fund shows the cash a collector still holds.

  7. USD or lira?

One currency per building; a payment in the other is recorded at the rate you set.

  8. Do neighbours see who paid?

No. Residents see how many apartments paid, never which.

  9. Which languages?

English, French, Arabic, and Lebanese written in Latin letters. Each person picks their own.

  10. Can staff help without seeing everything?

Yes. Each person gets only what you allow, down to recording meter readings.

  11. Who pays for it, and how is it set up?

One plan, paid from the building fund; residents pay nothing extra. 14 days free, and we set it up with you on WhatsApp.
