Subscription terms

Who you are contracting with

Bineyetna is operated and billed by Mobistack Digital FZ-LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. When a building subscribes, the agreement is with that company. These terms cover the subscription only — how the product itself may be used is described throughout the app.

What the subscription buys

A subscription gives one building the Bineyetna admin software: units, residents, dues, expenses, shared utilities, announcements and the resident mobile app. Bineyetna records what a building collects; it never collects money from residents on the building's behalf.

Accounts

• The building's admin account is responsible for what is done under it, including adding staff and granting them permissions.
• Residents, unit owners and staff use the product free — only the building pays.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including unit counts, charges and payments.

Price

Bineyetna Basic costs $3.00 per unit per month, charged in USD. The price shown on your Subscription page is always the price that will be charged.

You are billed for whichever is higher: the apartments in use (one with a resident or an owner on record), or 60% of the apartments in the building. Archived apartments are never counted.

Free trial

A new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to begin the trial, and the first charge is taken automatically when the trial ends unless the subscription is cancelled first.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew monthly and are charged automatically to the card on file.
• If the number of active units changes, the amount follows it. A change made during a month is reflected on the next invoice rather than charged immediately.
• Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Mobistack Digital FZ-LLC. Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted page and are never seen or stored by Bineyetna.

If a payment fails

If a payment fails, the subscription enters a retry period during which the building keeps full access and is shown a notice. If payment is still not received, the admin web becomes read-only: everything can still be viewed and exported, but new management actions are paused until the subscription is restored.

Residents' and staff members' access is never affected by a billing problem, and no building data is deleted because of one.

Cancelling

A building can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which the admin web becomes read-only.

Payments already taken are not refunded on cancellation, except where required by law. If something has gone wrong, contact us — a credit can be applied to the account.

Changes to these terms or the price

These terms and the price may change. Notice will be given before a price change takes effect, and continuing to use the subscription after that date means accepting the new price.

Liability

Bineyetna is provided as-is. It is a record-keeping tool: the building remains responsible for its own accounting, legal and tax obligations, and for the accuracy of the figures it records.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
