Who you are contracting with

Bineyetna is operated and billed by Mobistack Digital FZ-LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. When a building subscribes, the agreement is with that company. These terms cover the subscription only. How the product itself may be used is described throughout the app.

What the subscription buys

A subscription gives one building the Bineyetna admin software: apartments, residents, dues, expenses, shared costs, notices and the resident mobile app. Bineyetna records what a building collects; it never collects money from residents on the building's behalf.

Accounts

  • The building's admin account is responsible for what is done under it, including adding staff and granting them permissions.
  • Residents, apartment owners and staff use the product free. Only the building pays.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including apartment counts, charges and payments.

Price

Each building's price for Bineyetna Basic is set per apartment per month, at our standard rate or at a rate agreed with us, and charged in USD. The price is shown in the reminders we send you and on your Subscription page on the website before you pay, and that is always the price you pay.

You are billed for every apartment in the building that has an owner or a resident on record; an apartment with neither costs nothing. Your Subscription page on the website shows the month's total before you pay.

Free trial

A new building is free until the 7th of the month after the one it was created in. No payment details are needed. The price counts only apartments that have an owner or a resident on record. When the free period ends, the admin keeps full access for 3 more days to pay; after that the building's admin tools, on the website and in the app, become read-only until a payment is made.

Paying by Whish or Neo

  • You pay with Whish or Neo, using the amount in the reminder we send you by email or WhatsApp. Pay from your own phone number so we can recognise your payment. If you pay from another number, send us the receipt on WhatsApp. Nothing is ever pulled from your phone or wallet: you always send the money yourself.
  • Payments are sent to the person named in the reminder and on your Subscription page, who receives them on behalf of Mobistack Digital FZ-LLC.
  • Once we confirm it, the amount goes into your account's balance, which pays one month at a time.
  • If your account has several buildings, choose on the website which building the balance pays for, or tell us.
  • Each month is priced for the apartments with an owner or a resident on record when it is paid, and a month already paid is never re-priced.
  • You can send money for several months at once. It stays in your balance, and each month can be taken from it as early as 7 days before that month starts. We remind you before your free trial ends and before your paid time ends.
  • Money still in your balance can be refunded on request.
  • Whish or Neo only carry the money; your agreement is with us, not with them.

If a payment is missed

If your paid time ends without a new payment, you keep full access for 3 days and see a notice. After that the admin tools, on the website and in the app, become read-only: everything can still be viewed and exported, but new management actions are paused until a payment is made.

Residents' access is never affected by a billing problem, and no building data is deleted because of one. While the admin tools are read-only, staff can still collect payments and report problems, but their other changes (such as expenses, meter readings and equipment status) are paused too.

Stopping

You can stop at any time: tell us on WhatsApp or by email. Access continues until the end of the time already paid for, after which the admin tools, on the website and in the app, become read-only, as described above.

If your account has one building, money left in your balance keeps paying the next months on its own, unless you ask us to refund it.

Months already paid are not refunded, except where required by law. If something has gone wrong, contact us.

Changes to these terms or the price

These terms and the price may change. Notice will be given before a price change takes effect, and continuing to use the subscription after that date means accepting the new price.

Liability

Bineyetna is provided as-is. It is a record-keeping tool: the building remains responsible for its own accounting, legal and tax obligations, and for the accuracy of the figures it records.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
