Delete your Bineyetna account
Deleting your account removes your access and login to Bineyetna. Your building's payment and accounting records are kept.
What's removed
Your login, sign-in sessions, and push notifications — you can no longer sign in to Bineyetna.
What's kept
Your building's payment and accounting records, including your name and phone number as they appear on them. The building is required to keep these for its accounts; they are not anonymized. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How to delete your account
- Building owners and admins: open Account settings on the web and use Delete account.
- Residents, staff, or anyone without web access: request deletion by email — write to [email protected] from the email or phone number on your account. We'll confirm it's you and delete your account within 30 days.
