The generator bill, split the way your building splits it.
By meter, by ampere, or equally. Every apartment sees how its share was worked out, with the readings behind it.
By meter
Read each meter once a month from your phone, with a photo of the meter if you want one, or make the photo required. The month's cost is divided by what each apartment used, so the rate comes from the real bill, never a guess.

The photo behind the number
A resident opens their generator line and sees the opening and closing readings, the dates, the rate, and the photo when there is one.

By ampere
Give each apartment its amperes and a price per ampere, or a set bundle like 5A for a fixed price. When the price changes, a new rate is recorded and the old one stays on record.
Equally
Or split the month's cost evenly across the apartments, for the generator or for water.
The stairs and the elevator count too
With a main meter or a common-area meter, the shared usage is split evenly across apartments, so the shares add up to the whole bill.
Every mezout delivery
Record each delivery with its litres and its receipt, and it goes into that month's cost when the bill is split by meter or equally.
A wrong reading isn't erased
It's corrected with a new reading; the old one stays in the history with who recorded it and when.
USD or lira
The building keeps one currency, and a payment in the other is recorded at the rate you set.

Questions people ask before they start
How do I split the generator bill between apartments?
By meter, by ampere or equally. Bineyetna does the division, and each apartment sees its share.
Who pays for the stairs and the elevator?
The shared usage, measured by a main or common-area meter, is split evenly, so the shares add up to the whole bill.
What if a meter reading is wrong?
Correct it with a new reading; the old one stays in the history. Once a later month has been billed, an earlier reading can no longer change.
Can residents check their generator share?
Yes. They see the readings, the dates, the rate, and the meter photo when there is one.
