How can I see where our monthly building fees go?
In the Bineyetna app, every cost the building pays is listed month by month, with who recorded it and the receipt photo when there is one.
I think our building's money is being misused. What can I do?

Will I know when money is spent from the building fund?
Yes. Every new cost, and every cancelled one, sends a notification to the residents and owners on the app.
Can a payment or a cost be changed after it is recorded?
No. A payment is never edited and a cost is never deleted. A mistake is fixed with a new entry, and both stay visible.
Can my neighbours see if I paid?
No. Residents see how many apartments are paid up, never which ones. Only whoever collects the dues sees who paid.
Does it work for generator and water bills?
Yes. Each is split the way your building already splits it: by meter, by ampere, or equally. A meter charge shows its readings and rate.
Do residents pay for the app?
No. The building pays one plan from its fund, like any shared cost. Residents, owners and staff use the app at no extra cost.
Does our money go through Bineyetna?
No. You pay the way you do today: cash, transfer, or whoever collects at the door. Bineyetna only records it.
Is it in Arabic?
Yes: Arabic, Lebanese, French and English. Each person picks their own.
Our building doesn't use it. What can I do?
