Step-by-step guides for running your building on Bineyetna.
Money
- Collect a paymentWhen someone hands you money for their bills, collect it in the app right away. Their bills show as paid and you have a receipt to send them.
- Pay for somethingWhen the building pays for something, like a repair, a cleaner or new light bulbs, add it right away. The money comes out of the building's fund and you keep a photo of the receipt.
- Who still owesWhen you want to follow up on unpaid bills, see who still owes and how much, then send them a reminder in the app.
- Send the month's billsOnce a month is over, its charges wait in Billing, ready to send. Look them over and send them. People on the app are told, and you share the bills with the rest.
Building costs
- Pay a building costWhen the building pays for something everyone shares, like a repair or the stairs light, add it to Building costs. It is split between the people who share it when you close Building costs.
- A scheduled cost is paidWhen you pay one of your scheduled costs, pay it from the Scheduled costs list. Type what you really paid, even if it is more or less than usual.
- Split the building costsOn the last day of the month, close and split Building costs. Everyone who shares them pays an equal part. Then send the bills from Billing.
